Good morning, i would like to register a complain regarding my rcom gsm prepaid mobile no[protected], on this no a vas service vas ndtv gsm got activated without my consent.Date and time:[protected] time : 11:51 pm, amount deducted: rs 21/- i would request you to refund my amount asap. Amount charged for vas ndtvpay gsm rs:21.00 current main balance : rs:-21.00 you have been successfully subscribed to ndtv service for 7 days.
