Reliance Communications — Amount getting deducted unnecessarily

Hi All,

I want to draw your attention that I have tried calling your customer care many times, but it seems that every time all your customer executives are busy.

The reason of calling your customer care was that whenever I recharge 200 rs(prepaid connection), a major portion of the amount is deducted the next day, and this has happened twice. Also after that, I am not able to place any calls even though the balance is some 30 rs.

There is also value added services that are activated on this number, so there is no point of deducting the money.

Request you to please check and transfer the exact amount to my prepaid phone that has already been deducted.
