Reliance Communications — Asking for refund of all my bills paid for my no. [protected] due to no network & bill not recd

Dear Sir, I require the refund from the company due to trouble that i have face in my network and others There are many such complaints that i want to complain for Reliance Communication 1) No Network in Roaming at All (I Can say for atleast 20 to 30 days i have not recd any network) 2) Internet Issues As i have 3g Postpaid Plan First of all i doesn't get the network so what to talk about the Internet 3) Whenever the Network is there then also i have face the call drop of my calls many time and many times i was not able to send the text messages to anyone 4) Not getting the Original Hard Copy of Bills, I have only recd my first bill and there after i have not recd any bills from the Reliance Communication 5)Worst Customer Care, No support to the Customer for there Problems they are not at all bother to take the problems to attain them 6)Reliance Mobile Store :- This is the worst-est problem that i want to share with all that is i have submitted my docs for conversion of my network to prepaid but it has not be done, as they have lost my documents and they have made run many times at the store telling that please pay the bill your bill is outstanding due to which your no is not converted to prepaid, then at the last when i shouted at them then truth came out that they have lost my documents and i have to submit the same once again This was the worst i have ever suffer in life life Thus due the above problem which i have faced due to your negligence i want the refund of my bill whatever i have paid to the company till now.

I have complain to this earlier the customer madam has told me that you will get the refund of your money but till now i have not get any intimation from the company about this
