[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Auto deduction through vas

As told earlier my balance is getting througt vas but i have not activated any vas on my phone i had a chat with the customer care but it seems they are not understanding m problem or the don"t want to help i have also told this problem to u and this is the second time i am writing it to you my phone no. Is [protected] and my alternate no. Is [protected]. Please help me as this is happening from 2 weeks continuously

Sir,
I have connection of Reliance having No. [protected] but daily some amount has been deducting for 3 to 4 month regularly & massage received for VAS charges but I have not activated VAS pack. I had phoned to Reliance Customer Care and received my call by one rep. but after sometime he disconnected the phone. After that many times, I tried to phone but my phone always diverted to advertisement & not to customer care. It really tortured mentally. Also I tried to other no. through message but there it shows that VAS is not active at this no. but on daily basis, some amount are deducted. It tortured mentally as well as financially. Please resolve the same. My Phone no. is [protected] & Alternate no. is [protected]
