[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Autoactivation and deduction from my prepaid balance | |||
I am rashmi dahake my prepaid no is [protected] as soon as i recharge my account any service get activated last time my balance was deducted for luvtips no refundation from customer care 30 rs was deducted and i didn't received no bonus balance of 20 which was on offer of new sim activation now on 10/10/2016 i recharged with 150rs and stv service activated itself balance deducted 155 rs and no support from reliance care technical problem call after 2 hours it is really very inconvenient and soon it will be 24 hours and then sorry we cant refund your money.
