My name is neelu bharati
I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again whenever I recharge my no.. I am getting irritated from your service. And on your customer care no. 198 and *333 there is no any option provided to complain our problems.This time also there is a deduction of Rs 20 from my mobile no. [protected] on 05 november 2016 and also Rs 5 from mobile no. [protected] on the same day even I have not activated any VAS or anything else..
so I request u to kindly refund my deducted amount as soon as possible and also call me on this no.
