Reliance Communications — Non-payment of tower's rent from past 5 years

Hi,

This is Mahir Madan. I want to register a complaint regarding reliance communications for non-payment of rent which is on lease from 2006 till 2025. Last payment we had received on 16/04/2018.
Tower address: kitasar site, peraneu village, ratangarh district churu, Rajasthan 331802
The plot owner is my mother Veena devi Madan.
I have contacted them many times, my father approached thier local office but nothing seems to be working.
Please help us to settle our amount.
