Reliance Communications — Bad customer service and wrong informations

Address:Mansa, Punjab, 151505

Dear team,
This is regarding my reliance postpaid number : [protected] which belongs to mumbai telecom circle.

The number was cdma and i was using the same number in roaming locations national / international since 2009 onwards. Surprisingly without any intimation on may cdma services were shut down by reliance in hp, punjab, haryana and rajasthan and at that time i was at punjab.
When i tried to contact reliance regarding the same they told me that they can't do anything and i have to travel down to mumbai for getting a 4g sim. I had tried to get the same from delhi reliance store but they denied to provide me the sim as the sim don't belong to delhi telecom circle.
Hence to retain my number i had personally travelled down to mumbai from punjab to get the 4g sim.
After getting the sim i was told that all the previous benefits will be available to me after upgradation to 4g. I was using htczeroplanrim_vo plan for which i had paid an advance rental till mar-2017 and i was getting unlimited calling, 3000 sms, unlimited evdo internet, incoming roaming free.
After upgradation i found that the 4g services were only available in mumbai and maharashtra and i have to use 2g network in punjab / manda as 3g services are not available at that location. Also the 2g services are very worst at most of the places and the network strength is either very low or not available.

From july started using 4g services in many places which includes delhi, varanasi, mumbai, maharashtra, goa and vadodara where i had been to. Only issue is that even though i was getting full network of 4g, when i call it switches to 2g / 3g network and as the network strength is very weak the call quality is very poor and many a times call gets disconnected automatically.
Raised the complaint to reliance on 6 aug and to my surprise the complaint was closed by them without any resolution.

On 13 aug i was travelling from vadodara to punjab and as i had reached rajasthan the 4g services stopped working. I was getting 4g network but i was unable to register to that network. When i entered haryana suddenly it registered to 4g network but i was unable to use 4g data and was getting 10-30kbps speed. When i entered punjab the same issue was carried forward.
For the same i had raised another complaint to customer care on 14 aug and on 15 aug i had received a call from your back end technical team and conveyed me that as my data had exceeded the limits my internet speed has been slowed down and my complaint was closed.
For the same when i had re-called the customer care they told me that the technical team had given a wrong information and apologies for that. After that she had taken another complaint on 15 aug and told me that the complaint will be resolved in 24hrs. She had also confirmed me that i'm getting unlimited 4g data and there is no capping to that.

Requested to kindly take this matter into highest priority and provide me a proper and quick resolution.

Regards,
Samarendra panda
