[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bad services | |||
Wipid no [protected] I bought wipod in november 2015, at that time it was not told that pro3 services are not available in our area. Why the devices were sold in that area then? I complained regarding the slow speed many times but no solution. Now internet is stopped from 27th May without any prior intimation. Customer care people are not picking up the calls and no reply of mails as well. Really a pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They have not called me and I sent them mails on [email protected] but no support till now. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
