[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance credit error | |||
I have a complain to make and it is about a recharge I did around at 11:57 on (20/9/16) of amount Rs 80 which I didn't get after recharging it. A message came after the recharge of Rs 80 that says "Dear Customer, .your account has been recharged with Rs .01, Amount payable is Rs78 Thank you.Reliance". I got an amount of .01 when I recharged an amount of Rs 80 which is totally disappointing.
