Reliance Communications — Balance cut for any Pack | |||
Dear sir, My mobile no. is [protected], yesterday only I recharged my phone of Rs. 250/- full talk time and also having balance of about Rs. 40/-. I didn't make any long calls anywhere. Now it is sowing my balance of Rs. 142/-. I did not subscribe or send any request to activate any service but Reliance charged me about 100 Rs. for some calling pack DUMMY3 yesterday. Previously also they had charged me for some VAS pack and never returned my money. Please cancel this and refund my amount in my Balance account and STOP FORGE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT ... Thank you ... Finally I was able to talk to Reliance Customer Care Executive, the Executive says that there is no pack activated and the amount has been charged for Internet usage While I am already having balance of 15.65 MB and the validity till 18/4/2015. I don't understand the reason given by the CCE. Attached is SMS of net balance, account balance and pack activated.
