[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deducted | |||||
The company deducted my main balance and squared reason being "excessive data usage'. In fact i had data and i used it within the limits. When spoken to customer care executive he agreed that the balance has been deducted by mistake but still he cant do anything. This is not a new thing for reliance. The company is popular is for such random deduction of balance. Even my porting request is not entertained. Plz help and refund the balance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
