[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction 0f rs 60 by reliance without my request for VAS | |||
Shweta Rajpoot- [protected] My balance got deducted rs 60 at 3:09 pm for vas Video54646Sub60. Even i had not messaged or called for this vas activation. I yried to lodge complaint via 198 but customercare officer is not connected. Then i also tried [protected] to complain but customer officrt didnot connected... So lodge my xomplaint and refund my balance 60rs asap and take serious action against your persons whomsoever have done this. Was this information helpful? | |||
