[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction | |||||
Hi, My name is Binay Prasad yadab and my mobile number is [protected]. I have tried to contact customer care number several times, but the calls not getting forwarded to customer care executive. My problem is that my balance is getting deducted automatically, It happen three to four times total amount deducted is 200+200+30=430. I liked your company as a good service provider but what you guys are doing is just cheating me. I am really fade up with this. You guys are just sucking our blood out. What you guys want shall I kill my self. How many times you guys will do like this to me. It's become your daily job to fool people, what u guys think am I a millionaire, or what, Yo guys just want to kill me, you guys are torturing me. My alternate contact number is# [protected]. I had a call last night from a guy with phone number ([protected]) right after submitting my complaint, he said that he is calling from reliance customer care and he asked me for the details of balance deduction. He said that my amount will be refunded to my bank account and he asked me to provide my Debit Card number to him, So I asked him to reply me on web.
Please solve my issue with urgency.
