Hi, My mobile number is [protected], Yesterday at 8:42pm there was a deduction of 143rs and at 12:00am deduction of 14rs.II had a talk with your agent Mrs Archana on 198 and they told me that deduction is for data and you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had 1700mb net remaining in my acc, This has happened 4th tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days althoughv last tym 487 I got back within 24 hour so i want you to process it asap.and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as fourth tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap... Also a snap is attached with current net balance in acc
