Reliance Communications — Balance deduction of 487rs

Hi, Yesterday at 11:13:23 there was a deduction of 487rs from my number [protected], I had a talk with your agent Praveen kumar and Rupesh on 198 and they told me that sir you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had 400mb net remaining in my acc, This has happened 3rd tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days so I dont want that to happen again so kindly process it asap and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as third tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap...
