[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction of services which was not applied | |||
My mobile no is [protected]. I have was not using this number from last few months & that time my balance was rs.61 something & before few days back when i switch on the same number i got msg that "dear reliance customer your subscription renewal for bwoodmaniasub 21 service for 21 is due on 19th apr 2017" and i was shocked when i checked my balance it was 0.40 paise left. I was very disappointed by such kind o[censored]nwanted deduction & service Subscription. When i called 198 they simply says that they can't give u Information more then last 3 days. My question is in such case where the end user / customer go... I m really Disappointed for such unprofessional behavior or service from such a big Brand.. I would like to raise a complaint for my balance deduction which was Deducted unnecessarily & i want my balance back into my account on a Priority basis. Expecting positive response from u else i would make sure that me & my Family will make the mnp to other service providers which are not loot Customer money. Was this information helpful? | |||
