[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction Twice in last three days | |||
Hello, I have my reliance prepaid number [protected]. In last three days my balance have been deducted twice once around Rs 182 and then around Rs 56. Now my balance has gone in negative (-8 Rs). I am trying to reach customer care from last three days but not able to reach. I reached on tuesday twice but customer care was saying our system is down please call us after two hours. but after that I tried all number 198, 30333333, *333 and[protected]. But not able to reach on any of the numbers. It is very worst experience with reliance now I had 2 CDMA numbers, 2 GSM prepaid and 1 GSM postpaid number and 2 reliance netconnect in my family. But after this i am thinking of going out of reliance. Please check if anything can be done or else the option will be go out of reliance for all numbers. Here you are saying the complaint has been forwarded to customer service team, but I did not get any reply or call form customer service team. Can you tell me the complaint number. The complete case is as below:
On 27-Jul-2015 11:01 PM I was having 184.47 Main balance. I was having my internet balance around 86 MB
When I checked on 29-Jul-2015 morning, It was showing me zero balance and I was not able to call. At this time I was having internet balance around 38 MB. Here my around 184 Rs was gone. I want this needs to be checked why it deducted and balance back
Then I recharged with Rs 150 on 29-Jul-2015 06:09 PM. And I recharged with Rs 98 data plan. and then when I checked around after 30 mins my balance was showing -8 Rs. and I was not able to do outgoing call. Here my 60 Rs gone. I want this 60 Rs balance back.
Then on 30-Jul-2015 recharged with Rs 20 with balance 15.54.
After that I launched the complain and got below response that Rs 7 balance is there. That is because of Rs 20 recharge with Rs15.54 talktime.
After this I got the balance 22.02 back on 30-Jul-2015 but my 184+60-22= 223 Rs balance is still not refund.
Moreover, after this complain yesterday I got the message for VAS Hungama Voice CKT Rs 5 deducted. It has happened my time in past that such kind of deduction with messages have cut, sometime I got the refund after calling customer care but sometime not reachable to customer care.
But this time this amount is 223+5=228 and I am not reachable to customer care. This is the worst experience I have faced in my 15 years among 9 Years with reliance on various numbers.
I want this to be rectified urgently.
