[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance got deduced & Improper response from customercare

My Mobile number is [protected]-Reliance Prepaid. This is to bring to your notice that OCTOBER-2014 I have done recharge talk time 100, After that I activated Watsapps on the same day I got a message that this pack will be auto renewed after one month. On 24th of October my main balance got detected when I just using watsapp for Rs.15, and remaining balance was Rs.85, when I have data connection was ON and Balance got detcted Rs.25.Then i called to customer care they said your other apps got updated, So chrges will apply. Then remaining Rs.60. has got detected for cancel.But my watsapps was not was not get updated message, Image Etc. etc. then i lodged complaint but no responded well. Explanation was poor. They told me that watsapp will be charge without Net pack. Other that net pack your daily u will be charge 10paise/kb any prior message or intimation was not get to me.
