Hi,

Note : complaint for reliance customer care and service

Sim no : +91 [protected]

I had lost my sim card balance two times for intelgamesub 21 type auto renewal service which was not activated by me.

Still i request for refund and close it. But your customer care executive officer - mamta, jasmin would not take care about it i have also one call with one another guy.

Hi, First of all @Consumer Complaints Thanks to you, I am very thanks full to your service and support. After add my complain on this site. I got call from Reliance Consumer Service, Center-Mumbai. Then I got my Service Request No. 251744030 and finally got Balance refund to my SIM in 6 hours as per message confirmation on my SIM number. Thanks for your service and help. Thanks for your reply and help.

I got one call from HARDEEP and also two messages regarding call and problem.

But finally problem is not resolved. it will take 6 hours for solution.

I wish asap my problem should be resolved by Relience Service or Technical team.
