Reliance Communications — Balance reduction without usage

Hi, This is really sad what's happening now a days our service providers are doing fraud and leaving the customer in the lurch. It has happened to me, I had 150 rs balance but when I was supposed to make some important call then I got message that i have O balance in my mobile because of this i has a loss and unable to guided my parents who came from native. Even I called the customer care numerous time but they disconnected my every call. I again recharged for 10 rs and called the customer care which charged me 3 rs but no result and call went unattended. I have no idea what to do. I cant recharge now as balance is getting deducted without any usage. Please help me to expose the looters ambani borthers who is doing all kind of fraud to achieve the target.
