[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Barring outgoing without intimation | |||
Dear Sir, I have been using my mobile : [protected] since few days in reliance network postpaid. But without any intimation my services have been stopped. When tried contacting customer support, they have informed that due to documents issues DOT has blocked the services. But how come one bar the services without prior intimation to the customer. I didn't even received a message nor a call from Reliance or DOT team in this regard to submit the documents. Please do the needful in this issue.
