Reliance Communications — big fraud on reliance 3001 recharge

hello, i recharged my data card with 3001 recharge, i used around 820 mb, but your customer care telling i used 1 gb and i checked with 2 software networx and reliance itself, they are showing the data uses is 820 mb, and my personnel experience is that i consume data around 800 mb, but you are telling i udes 1 gb. and i big thing is that they are not showing the data online (http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in), and (http://myservices.relianceada.com/launchAMSS.do) website also, if you want to know your data balance you always call to customer care, data balance enquiry are only shows on reliance postpaid and prepaid user expect 3001 recharge users, please give me the per day data usage detail so i can tally. my data card number is [protected] contact no.
