This connection had to be closed on 11th june 2016 since the modem failed. As per reliance advice i had given it to the manufacturer for service and found out that it could not be repaired. This was informed to reliance care and they had asked me to pay the full bill well before the billing cycle to close connection. Later i received a bill for about 175 and then it was automatically upgraded to 1100 plan. I spoke to their customer care and i was told that the connection was still active and till date full and final settlement bill has been received.
I address to customer care and then the nodal officer who orally told me not to worry because not a kb of data was used since its closure and full waiver was processed and written communication will be sent from "mumbai team". I received no information and only sms troubling me that legal action will be taken.
Later on 29th june 2016 i was asked to appear in lok adalat in coimbatore. I confirmed my attendance to ks lawfirm and arranged a lawyer with all the communication to reliance. I tried to contact via given mobile number +[protected] and was answered by advocate mr. Karthikeyan of the legal cell. He asked me of my account details instantly checked and advised just to ignore the lok adalat advice and strong recommendation would be sent to close the issue and assured that i will not be bothered anymore by sms.
During july there was absolute silence and in aug 2017 my inbox was filled by this sms which took away my peace of mind. Mr. Karthikeyan was reachable and repeatedly advised me not to worry even sms was sent.
Although challenged in court i could have proved my innocence and that i am not a defaulter. Now this is mind boggling and have lost peace of mind. Althrough the time i had never even delayed payment more than a week since the bill was generated. There has been no dues. Please help and do justice Was this information helpful? |
