[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill generated after termination the data card no-[protected] | |||
My data card service has been terminated on July and even after termination they are generating the bill for August and September. Even after writing and calling rep to resolve the issue, no care to respond properly. Can i have someone to help me here, Im willing to pay if i have used the service, they keep on generating bill for unused service which is not far. This is causing unwanted pressure for me and im unable to concentrate on daily work. Your help is much appreciated. Attached the last email i sent to customer care I have been saying it from the month of July to terminate the service and close the billing .I have not used the service from July, for what reason you are asking me to pay the bill. many phone call received by me & everytime i discussed the issue regd. disconnection but no action & Its really embarrassing that no one understand the issue. Check the usage reports and say me for what reason i have to pay the bill. Request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
