[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill generated even after termination of service and confirmation from customer care | |||
Hi team, After having a bad experience with data card service provided from reliance, i have terminated the service. I have also paid all the bill and raised a ticket to reliance customer care and got confirmation that i have "0" amount yet to be paid and no bill will be generated in future. However i'm receiving bill yet. When i contact reliance customer care, i got reply that, the connection is already terminated and we could see that a bill is generate even after termination of service. But we will not be able to help you further, since the connection is already terminated. Could you advice/respond on this. Reliance netconnect+ no. [protected] Ref no :- [protected] mr.
