This is to bring to your attention about unpleasant experience with Reliance.
This is with reference to my Bill of mobile no.[protected].
I have been using this Number since the launch of Reliance in the mobile world and was one of the DSA and on an average my bill amount used to be between 800-1200 till November'14.
This mobile was in my Brother's Name and in November 2014 we had to got the number transferred into my name-Kanika Gulati. Earlier with records the bill amount did not exceed an average of Rs.800-1200/-a month whether I am using it on locally or in roaming with Internet usage. Suddenly, after November'14 once the name changed the amount has been shooting upto Rs.2000/-a week.
The services were deactivated by the company with immediate effect in first week of December 2014, whereas the bill was paid around second-third week of November 2014.Since then, the bill was exceeding and with no information the services were deactivated showing due to high internet usage, which was wrong or inaccurate because for a week my mobile was switched off. Also, I have an old mobile on which I was using only whatsapp, Facebook and Gmail. I made several calls to Customer Care to share my internet usage details and everytime they inform me that they will email me the details however no details have been shared.Also, they changed my plan without my consent.
Despite making continuous calls at customer care regarding resolving the issue, no action has been taken so far and unsatisfactory responses are given each time.
As guided by the customer care department the payments were made to activate the services by credit card-3500/- approx and debit card-payment was made twice -Rs.600/ and 800/-, Rs.1500/- were made subsequently in month of December 2014.We were told to change the plans and that the excess amount would be adjusted in the next bill which has not been done so far and despite sending mails to Reliance customer care and head office, we have not received any resolving mails.As advised by customer care department, the reliance web stores located at a distance of 15 km (West Delhi) from my residence even failed to resolve the issue and were dependant on the Customer Care. While, I was in reliace store we called customer care and they adviced to change the plan again to Freedom Plan. I filled the form and requested the same which never happened. After a week, my phone was deactivated again due to high internet usage. I called customer care again and spoke to supervisor (vinod) and he informed me that plan cannot be changed however we can go for a value add service for internet usage and he will add 1 GB internet activation plan as internet usage is less than that. Several times my plan was changed without my consent and still I faced my billing issue.
The customer care department and supervisor are fraud they are just making money from customer without informing about any changes and details.They were polite on call and full assurance was given by supervisor about the bill service, the words never kept as promised. Also, supervisor inform me that you pay December bill and call again and inform the agent to transfer call to me and I will get the bill adjusted. I called number of times and agents used to disconnect the call whenever I ask for supervisor and sometime they say there is no supervisor with name Vinod. After mental harrasment I decided to quit reliance now. I have all registered complaints with no action and no internet usage bill details mailed to me from Reliance end.
I decided to port out of Reliance, so I filled form at reliance store and I have copy of that. The store charged Rs. 250 from me and after a week I received a call that Port number has been rejected because you have recently changed the ownership. I told the person that I paid Rs. 250 for it, so it need to be adjusted in my bill and he refused. He informed me that you need to go to Reliance Store to collect it. The store should have informed us while we were filling the form that you cannot do it right now. This is a Big Fraud and money making Company. They want customer to travel 30 km to collect Rs. 250/-. Who will pay customer travelling charges and why reliance cannot adjust it in bill. Reliance Store is a BIG FRAUD LIKE RELIANCE COMPANY.
Also, in the current bills no further adjustment of previous amounts has been made.On calling the customer care and speaking to high authorities we came to know that the plan of my mobile no. [protected] was put in default plan for which I was never informed thus resulting in high billing amounts.We were told that the amount would be adjusted but no adjustments have been made in the current bills so far.
Also, now they are sending recovery person for billing. Twice recovery people jave visited and from which one of them was very rude and don't know how to talk to a women. Now, reliance have come upto physical torture by sending rude recovery people.
Please take necessary actions and resolve the matter asap with reliance as my entire work has suffered due to their negligence and lack of customer care support.
