I've been using reliance postpaid connection for the last 1yr. The reliance connection is my corporate connection and i've opted for a monthly plan of 199, last month i've received a regular bill sms, in which i've noticed that the monthly rental has showed as 600 and including other charges i've to pay around 1000/-. I've called the customer care they said that my plan changed and that have send sms to me about the change, i've not received any sms from reliance regarding the same, they're also not sure about it. Then the customer care executive told me to pay the amount that i used to pay and i've paid as he instructed. I also asked him to change my bill plan to previous plan. Later another person has called me and said that bill plan is not available and they have changed the bill plan for my goodness as my call charges was high so in order to reduce that they have changed it without my consent. When i asked about the complaint i have raised, she told me that my compliant has registered. I asked for the reference number which she fails to give. Now another person called me and said that my plan has got changed because of trai rules. Trai has instructed reliance to change the bill plan of every customers. He also said that this is an adjustment to fool trai that the additional amount is advance rental which will be refunded back to me in my next bill. I asked him to call me when the next bill generates with the discount shows clearly in my bill. Then he said that is not possible i need to pay now to avail the discount or else they will disconnect my service. Was this information helpful? |
