[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Bill raised for damaged data card that is not working for last 4 months

My reliance data card no is [protected]. It is not working since last 4 monhts due to damage condition. I have bought another data card no.[protected] and using it. When i try to close my previous data card [protected] the customer care people told me to wait till 4g roll out and apply for new 4g data card for the damage data card at a very low price since i am using it more than 3 years. I have applied for 4g data card for both numbers and received the same. But activation is not done for [protected] because of august 2016 bill raised and the amount payable is 1519/=. My repeated attempts to waive the bill goes in vain. Your company people send me a message that they will start legal action to recover the dues. But on 23.8.16 i have paid the the amount rs.1519/=. Because i need the 4g connection for my no.[protected]. I request you to refund the amount after checking my payment history and data usage. I have not use a single mb for the data card [protected] for the last 4 months. I am also a share holder of reliance communication which you please note and do the needful

My sympathies, but forget it now. Make a fresh start.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
