Reliance Communications — Bill received for already cancelled netconnect+

Address:Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

I have applied for cancellation of my reliance netconnect + in Trivandrum web world on 23 July 2014 and paid 7 days extra payment as insisted. But even after that I am receiving each of my monthly bill. I called customer care each time and got no response. Now I get a SMS about legal notice from reliance.
