[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Billed after disconnection of landline | |||
I had the landline of reliance which I wanted to discontinue so I went to reliance web world and asked them to do the same, they asked me to make an application along with aadhar card copy and I had to clear the total bill which I did and in fact I paid an extra amount for unbilled amount. Then he asked me to call the customer care and ask them to disconnect the telephone number. After taking down my request they gave me request ID number which I have. They told me after 15 days the line will be disconnected, thats it. After one month I receive a bill asking me to clear the bill, which I did not clear as It was for period after the disconnection period and also the next month bill I received adding the previous dues. And now they have send me an email stating that they will take legal action if I do not pay the outstanding, please let me know what I should do. Was this information helpful? | |||
