Reliance Communications — Billing details and not getting proper waiver after I had to terminate my connection cause it was not working for 5 months | |||
My Id is[protected] my connection has not been working from 26th september 2015 and I waited for 5 months for you to fix it but that did not happen as you cited rental or commercial issues. Now I had to take a waver in December cause I did not pay the bill for October and November as the net was not functioning and the applet or customer care could not register the complain. Same goes for the month of december. Now I had to terminate my connection cause I have to call you Customer service time and again cause you closed the complain without fixing my issue and I do not want that headache. Now even after the waver you are asking me to pay an amount of Rs 243 for the month of January on the basis that I had used the internet connection for the month of January and another time the appelate officer told me its according to tria rules that we cannot give you the full waver now. Whatever the cause pls give me a full detail regarding the same as to why i have to pay for the month of January even though there was not internet and the internet was disconnected for the month of January. I have mailed you many times previously and have yet to receive a reply from your end or a call. I do not mind paying if it is a proper payment that i have to pay as you can check that i have never paid a late bill or anything as such when I was using your connection. Solve this matter as quickly as possible as I do not want to ruin my impression of reliance so far which has been good other than the past few months. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
