I had sent you an email complaining of non adjustment of bill payments made in respect of my mobile number [protected] from july 2017 onwards. I am a longstanding customer of your organisation and bills are regularly paid by auto debit through citibank every month. Despite their making payments every month your bills indicate dues from jul 2017 onwards. There has so far not been any response from your end till date.
I am a senior citizens and cannot run from pillar to post for rectification of my bill. Kindly take immediate steps to address my grievance and also email me the progress in this regard.

We have noted your complaint and the same has been forwarded to our customer service team. They will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns. However, request you to provide us with an alternate number so that we can successfully contact you.
It is more than a week since I complained but my complaint has not been resolved till date. All customer service numbers are unreachable. To add insult to injury, my telephone services have been suspended for no fault of mine. I was forced once again to make another payment in order to restore my connection. Despite being a longstanding customer and a senior citizen, Reliance Communications have not at all bothered to address my complaint till date.
