Dear sir, Sir, I am using CDMA Reliance No:[protected] since several months. You can verify it from my Call records that i am not using your phone no. from last few months. i want to port my no. in other company because of your good services.i many time try to complaint but your customer care no. is useless. they not pic up the phone or busy your line always.so finally i decided to port out from your company. but you activated your value added services automatically. today again your miscall alert service activated those i not activated yet or last time or any time. i pay advance payment of my bill amount. i asked my total amount at your store it was 800 i payed you 910 amount in advance. i am not using your sim in any type of call .but i paid your amount. so please its a request not activate any type of service on my no. so i can port my no. and pls give me my charges back.
