Reliance Communications — Bills generated for stopped cdma service ([protected] and [protected]) | |||||
I have two reliance data card [protected] and [protected]. I got a call from reliance and they said the cdma service is going to end last month and they asked me to upgrade to the 4g. Since i was not interested in upgrading i asked them to terminate the connection. Also they said there is charge involved if we upgrade to 4g dongle. What should i do with the old one? Atleast they should replace the dongle free of cost. I clearly have stated them that the i will not pay the bills if it is generated as the service is stopped. So i called again reliance on 23rd july to confirm the termination of my data card connection. One lady ester said they will get back to me with 6pm. I waited for the call whole day. No response. Even if i call reliance customer care now they will say wait in the call and disconnect the call after some time. This is a very bad service from reliance customer care. Reliance has proved to be the "Biggest fraud network . I also have disconnected the Netconnect number [protected] on 18th June 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling Reliance customer care (Call recording available) . I month later they sent me another bill . This is happening to most users . We should publish this in media and expose this fraud company.
