Hi Team, My Mobile Number is [protected] i have done the rechage of 210 Rs instead of 220 Rs of your Full talktime on 06th June 2015 i didn't get any balance and some blackerry service has been activated i don't have a blackberry phone also it was my mistake so i let it now again on 7th July 2015 my 210 Rs has been deducted stating that the pack has been autorenewed i had not given any request and i had deucted that service also when i call to your customer care they all are deducting the call I am using this number from last 7 years and i mostly do 400 Rs recharge every month this is the service you people give no help from customer care. This number is usually at home and it is used by my mom as i am working as a media professional so don't force me to escalate the matter to the higher authorities it is not the matter of 210 Rs its how you are looting the customer in the name of service.
