Dear sir,
I, dr arjun shenoy, l trauma surgeon by profession currently working in thrissur kerala have been deeply disgusted and angered by the irresponsible behaviour of reliance telecom company at the nature of how they have treated me as a customer.
Having ported 7 months ago, from airtel karnataka circle to reliance kerala, i have been facing horrible issues with network signal and call drops. As i am working in the emergency unit, my primary number [protected] was the one the hospitals and patients used to contact me in all scenarios. Due to the horrible relationship with reliance, i lodged a porting request several times after the 90 day protocol as per trai guidelines. However, reliance has been sending me the wrong porting codes, which have made my several attempts at porting to bsnl or any other operator unsuccessful.
Currently since last 2 weeks all incoming calls and messages to my number [protected] have been blocked and i am only able to make outgoing calls. Several calls with reliance customer care executives have not resolved my issues as they have been absolutely incompetent at carrying out their basic duties. They have neither responded to my complaintg within 72 hours nor have they been able to find the technical error.
Currently my patients cannot contact me, my hospital cannot contact me, emergency situations are getting out of hand. I would like to legally settle this issue with reliance in the court of law as per the non discharge of duties according to trai guidelines.
Kindly do the needful if you are competent to do the needful
