My lava wi pod device is not working from 3 days. I called to customer care they said a network issue and they were trying to repair. But they dont know how much time taken to repair it. I want to know what ia my fault. I recharged the device with 999rs before 1 day. Now i very depressed. i mailed to the company but they also not replying on that issue. your all service providers are third class. after 12 days they gave me a diffected 2nd hand lava wi pod who is not working. i dont know what to do now. i thaught why i purchased ur third class product. i dont have time to go to ur service center again and again and again. your service team is poor who cant satisfy a single custumer. i know my 1500rs device amount and 999 rechare amount is losted because o[censored]r useless service providers. now i m going to spread the message to the social media to not buy any product from reliance com.
