[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Broadband and voice sim, claims even after deactivating the sim, and settling the amount and not giving the receipts for the amou

Hi,

I had 2 connections of the reliance, [protected] data card and [protected] voice sim.in mid august 2016 i paid for the bill#[protected], along with the arrears as on date for both the sims and asked them to de-activate both for which they took the amount and said they applications are not working, and they had put a seal of avigna technologies authorized reliance shop. Residing at 15th cross sampige road malleswaram bangalore 560003, opposite saibaba temple.

Now i am getting the calls 3 to 4 times a day speaking all the non sense for the call center, even they confirm the receipt of the partial amount but they say still it is not de-activated hence the bill and pay the bill. And get it de-activated with the the fraud avigna technologies authorized reliance shop. Residing at 15th cross sampige road malleswaram bangalore 560003, opposite saibaba temple.

It is really creating a new sense to me disturbing my work, and i am one of the sr. Responsible executive in the company.

The transction id [protected] of the call center [protected] reliance for voice sim [protected] agent who received the call nandhini time around 9 am on 19th october 2016.
The transaction id [protected] for phone [protected] agent first sindhu, second manager escalation sindhu.

In both cases they say they have received the final settlement but were not - deactivated hence the additional billing which has to be paid by me for their fault
