Some months ago, reliance suddenly stopped its 3g connection. because of which my newly purchased 3g dongle became dead. it was of no use. i tried to request for discontinuation of service and ask for replacement of the dongle. but neither of the two could be done. instead they kept the dongle alive for 2 months and started harassing me for 1300rs bill. even they tried to call me in disguise as lawyers from Bangalore. they are not ready to register my complaints for replacement of dongle. its a mental agony from this renowned company.
my humble request is to either get paid for the bill and replace the 3g dongle with new 4g dongle or cancel the bill.
