[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband connection after closing bill is generated | |||
Broadband connection no : [protected] Still this issue is open after raising it one month back and following this issue for 3 months After repeat follow up and escalation broadband connection was closed after 1 month. I was informed that all my outstanding balance in nullified and account is closed. Now after closing my reliance broadband connection they have generated bill. When I call the customer care I was informed that service request can't be taken for closed account and the call was disconnected with giving me a proper answer.
