Reliance wipod - Reliance communications - Worst service when compared to all the other competitors. These people keep executives in shop who don't even know basic details. All they respond is "what can i do", "how come we know". If these people claiming as customer service executive are not even aware of basic details, then why are they given those positions. Its just frustrating to even to go to Reliance mobile stores and these executives are so harsh that they dont even listen what we are asking. Just worst. Experienced same reaction from Anna Nagar as well Paper mills Road Reliance mobile store. They were shouting at us like anything asking us to get out. Worst service. I ended up paying 5 months bill without using it and there was no signal. Went for cancellation paid for Rs.1500 and again this month paid 1200 for cancellation.
