I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for almost 2 months and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The call gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected] (after 5pm). After numerous attempts i have finally been able to connect to the customer care number and have registered a complaint which has not yet been rectified till date. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well.
On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. One employee in particular, (call placed today 17th November 2015 at around 6.45pm, and executive name is Vishakh (malayalam language)), the executive terminated the existing internet connection without any agreement from my side and just bluntly cut the call! He was very rude and did not provide any information whatsoever before doing what he pleases. He showed no Respect at all.
I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications. There is a limit to how much a person can suffer! If this continues I am forced to sue the company for losses and grievances in High Court! Was this information helpful? |
