[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband connection surrendered in may 2015, refund not received rs. 2805/- | |
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the above connection was surrendered around 7 months back and several letters mailed to the appellates of reliance including customer care but inspite of their acceptance for surrender the money has not been received. They are employing these tactics to recover the losses they might have incurred on bad customers. I am a customer for reliance for the last 10 years starting with the Pioneer Scheme of reliance but such harassment and negligence from a Service oriented organisation is not acceptable.
Friends I feel the company is in deep trouble and must be fooling others as well so please be on acheck if you are using any of the reliance services. Connection for Broadband id is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
