[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband netconnect - username and password not accessing | |||||
I have recharged my netconnect (Number: [protected]) for Rs 98 on 03.02.2016 but it was not working, saying username or password wrong even after i enter correct details. I recharged my number and it worked properly last week. when i called customer care they are saying that my number is suspended and saying some issue related to postpaid connection. But as per record in their database my number is prepaid and if the number is postpaid, recharge process will not take place.They are not registering my issue as complaint and i was in hold for more than 1 hour in customer care.
