Reliance Communications — Broadband not working from 15 days

I have an account with reliance communication with subscriber id as[protected]. There has been no internet connection for last 15 days. customer care is giving back complaint number every time. No action has been taken. Even at reliance local office they are not allowing us to talk to officials.

These are few complaint numbers we have received till now and none of them have been resolved.

No technician ever visited the site till now.
