[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Broadband Not Working since 3 Month

Sir, I have been using Reliance Broadband from more than one and a half year . I have been facing with "Internet not working” problem since 3 months. Customer care dept. is not helpful at all. I have complained many a times but never received any resolution from customer service/technical executive or area field executive – Important points: (1) I have lodged dozens of complaints to the customer care dept. (2) I have written at [protected]@relianceada.com (3) Every time my complaint is closed from their end saying that it has been resolved from their end (4) I don't get the status of my complaint (5) I have contacted my area service manager and many more people ( (Name: Arvind, Ashu and Amitabh – East Delhi Tech Head) but none of them are a bit helpful (6) Still my internet is not working, I have tried every possible way . Now for my surprise I received a court notice for non-payment of bill for services which I didn’t use since couple of month neither was resolved. I would be very thankful if you help me in this.
