Hi, My broadband subscriber id[protected] is dead since last 4 days, logged multiple complaints but your customer support system som how close those complaint stating resolved without confirming with customer, and again they register new complaint for same issue and ask to provide 24 hours time for resolution. now frustrated calling customer care every 3-4 hours and providing same issue details and badly receiving same scripted response and assurance to provide best service. are you serious about customer service ??? reallly ???
also no escalation contact available. Worst...worst...worst broadband ever and customer service.
now logging request for disconnection.
