[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband service was not working from last 23 days | |||
Dear Sir, From last so many days broadband is not working and we have not received any solution till date. There is no engineer visit also done by you people… If this is the situation in city like Mumbai that what service u would be giving in upcountry locations ? It is really shame on company like Reliance who them self says biggest company of India. From last 23 days broadband is not working. My broadband connection was not working from 23-May-2016. I had made several request on call center numbers & also in applet department which is giving third class reply & also unbelievable communication from this applet department. I have list of complaints number & Interaction id number. If you want all complaints number I can give you on call. And also I sent this mail to several department of Reliance Group, But no one has contact me till today 11-Jun-2016 My User ID No[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

According to above details My broadband is still not working & there is no call from local team of Reliance Broadband after giving my numbers also.
Today I call on toll free number They told me that Your problem was already solved but due to payment of May-2016 is not paid therefor your line is suspended, If you have to resume services you have to pay Rs.746/- so I had pay immediately bill amount.
There after an 2 hour my service was not resume so I called applate department to check status of My complaint No[protected] & they tell me again that you have to wait another 10 days from today.
Now I can't wait 10 days if My service is resume today then I will continue otherwise I am not interested to use this type of service which is provide By Reliance Communication .
On 11 May 2016 your department send me another Complaint number by SMS & mail also, in that massage you say that My service will resume within 24 hrs.
If you have to take reasonable action then do it otherwise close your service.
