Your executive Mohan (I checked hi Reliance ID card) has already collected from me Rs 1830 on 10/5/2016 morning but even after more than 6 days the CAF number is not in your system. Have you hired people to collect money from people on Reliance behalf and not provide service or any response either for that matter. I wonder whether i made the right choice to be associated with Reliance???? Maybe not... NO for Sure not... I already mailed to your e-mail ID on 11-May with no response and you claim to give a response in 24 hours. You customer care executives say that they cannot register a complain and cannot provide me complain number. I think that you are bunch of crooks who only collects money from people forget about services, if you are treating a new customer like this i fear how will you treat us once i have got your connection.
